AEM 5700-PK biochemistry ointment is white, made of nano antimicrobial material and safely effective organic anti-mold agent by many kinds of natural leather brighter, hydrolyzes dipeptides nutrition protectant and water film-forming agent. It is un-releasing treatment agent, un-losing, un-wobble, and won’t be consumed by the microbe. It kills the mildew in specific mechanism way (coat on the surface), will give substrate after treated favorable durability, and has unique protective features to antibacterial activities of microbe in order to prevent the harm caused by microorganism and extend the life of leather, it can also clear the dirt strongly, not to hurt the leather, anti-static, quick-drying, no-trace left, and can increase products’ value and a sense of feel. As durable antimicrobial treatment, it has a wide antimicrobial activity, having good effect to anti-mildew such as mildew, algae, and microzyme. It can be used widely in various processes, has chemical bonding nature at room temperature, and will not be destroyed at high temperature, suitable for surface treatment of long fiber, short fiber, textile, nature leather and imitation leather, and can be checked effect quickly with BPB in various processes and finished products.
Using instructions:
AEM 5700 PK can be added directly into organic and inorganic formulations. It can also be used to treat organic and inorganic matrix, whose suitable solvent are water, ethanol, ketones, ketones, esters, hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons. You can dip a small amount of AEM 5700 PK with soft leather, cloth or sponge to wipe the leather surface, which can remove water by-product methanol.
