Application:

During the practical operation, the best production process should be determined by the type of leather, raw materials and production methods of the tannery. The two most commonly used technique recommended: bath with the added fat or carry out in the new bath afterwards. You can also combine these two methods to obtain the best performance.

Post-processing method: After the end of all the complex tanning process, you then change new bath with liquid ratio --200-1000%, temperature --60°C, adjust the pH≥4, add GOODNICE weighted 4-8% of shaved leather, and rotate 45 minutes, when GOODNICE is almost absorbed, then add formic acid, adjust the pH to 3.0, at last, control water, wash by conventional methods. This is a standard formula. If productive waterproof leather, you must fix it before or after adding GOODNICE and use it in the proceed of adding fat. In this method, GOODNICE weighted 4-8% of shaved leather is added before, after or simultaneously with fatliquor, not need to change the production process. The advantage of this method is that GOODNICE can penetrate deeply into the leather fibers, and it is an approach of producing waterproof leather and directly producing suede leather.

Notes:

Before use, it is best to dilute GOODNICE with water.

We strongly recommend the use of waterproof fatliquor in order to improve the water resistance of leather, especially the dynamic water resistance.

We also strongly suggest that first check the compatibility of GOODNICE before use, if it is mixed or bathed with other chemicals.

Water hardness affect the stability of the solution of GOODNICE, so we suggest not dilute it with water of more than 20 German hardness.

Dry condition

Suggest heating and drying it in the drying room by conventional methods.

Safty/health

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and breathe its particles or steam for long. Wash hands before smoking or eating. Before use, please read the product safety information and refer to product packaging, follow the guidance of all applications.
